Hello,

Gilles Quinquenel (not Quinquinel) is the president of "Manche Numérique" a local authority in charge of bridging digital divide in the county council of "La Manche". He was born in Brittany and came to Normandy where he became mayor of Hébécrevon.

A fisherman from Brittanny may have traveled all along to Brezil and started a new branch of the Quinquinel family !
